Which data we receive, why, and for how long.
Data collected
We receive the information you send us by email, through the analysis form or through the pre-diagnostic: for the pre-diagnostic, the business or industry you type; for the Contact and Audit forms, first name, work email, company (optional for contact), optional website, your message and the non-personal context of the request (industry, case or idea concerned, offer, source page, language). To limit abuse, the pre-diagnostic also stores a hashed IP fingerprint, used only to enforce the per-visitor analysis limit.
Purpose
This information is used only to produce your pre-diagnostic, answer your request and prepare a possible proposal. Pre-diagnostic answers are analysed automatically by an AI service operated on our behalf. They are neither sold nor used for marketing.
Retention
Pre-diagnostics with no contact details are deleted automatically after 7 days. Requests with contact details are kept for up to 3 years after the last contact (provisional period, pending legal review). You can ask for deletion at any time by email.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to the email address shown on this site.
